Doug Puckett is the CEO of Audare Legacy Group. His responsibilities include firm operations, strategy and portfolio management. Prior to this role, he was the Chief Administrative Officer of Leon Capital Group and also the CFO/CCO for the firm’s investment management platform, Leon Capital Management. In addition, he was the CEO of a Leon Capital subsidiary, Insight Advisors Group, that provided back-office services to portfolio companies of family offices and private equity firms.
Prior to joining Leon, Doug was the National Leader of the Private Equity Practice for Deloitte Tax, as well as a regional private wealth and real estate tax leader for the firm. Prior to Deloitte, Doug was the President of Helmsman Advisors LLC where he provided strategic tax and business planning advice to private equity firms, hedge funds, and family offices of ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Prior to his time at Helmsman, he spent over a decade with TPG Capital, one of the world’s largest investment management firms, as the Global Head of Tax. In addition, as deputy CFO and head of the founders’ family office, he oversaw much of the back-office operations of the firm and the founders’ personal financial and tax matters.
As both a CPA and CFP®, Doug has extensive expertise in advising individuals and their businesses on all manners of business and personal tax and business matters. Doug has authored or co-authored several Thomson-Reuters (PPC) publications, such as Guide to Mergers and Acquisitions, Guide to Practical Estate Planning, Guide to Buying and Selling Small Businesses, Practitioners 990 Deskbook, and Practitioners Tax Action Bulletins. Doug holds a Master of Professional Accounting (MPA) degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Lori McCutcheon is the Chief Financial Officer of Audare Legacy Group. Her responsibilities include oversight of the accounting and financial management functions, including reporting, tax compliance, risk management and back-office operations. She brings approximately twenty-five years of experience serving ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
Prior to joining Audare, Lori served as CFO of Aquila Family Ventures in Argyle, TX, where she managed the accounting, tax and risk management operations of a single-family office. Before that, she spent 16 years at Hicks Holdings, a multi-generational family office in Dallas. At Hicks, she was VP of Finance and Chief Compliance Officer and her role included oversight of all accounting and financial reporting, risk management, tax compliance, RIA registration and compliance, and she supported two initial public offerings.
Prior to Hicks Holdings, Lori was the Controller of Becky Realty Group. She began her career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), rising to Manager in the firm's audit practice in Dallas. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
Outside of work, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, staying active and is an avid college football fan.

Connor is Director of Private Investments at Audare Legacy Group where he is responsible for leading direct private investments and serves as a member of the investment committee.
Prior to joining Audare, Connor was a private equity investment professional at H.I.G. Capital. He previously co-founded a search fund with his brother where he acquired and operated a business in the automotive space and held prior roles in private equity and investment banking.
Connor earned his BS in Finance from Wake Forest University and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In his spare time, Connor enjoys staying active and spending time with his wife and son.

Tanya is Vice President of Finance at Audare Legacy Group, where she is responsible for investment accounting and personal finance administration. Her role encompasses comprehensive financial operations including accounting and reporting, tax planning and coordination, liquidity planning, budget forecasting, and expense management. Tanya began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York before transferring to the Dallas office. She then spent over a decade at The Rosewood Management Corporation, advising multi-generational, high-net-worth families across a broad range of financial and estate planning matters.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Trinity University and is an alumna of The Hockaday School. In her spare time, Tanya enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She actively volunteers with the American Cancer Society through the Cattle Baron’s Ball and serves as Treasurer and Board Member of The Compass School of Texas.

Lindsay is Chief of Staff at Audare Legacy Group, where she oversees all personal operations to the Founder. She acts as the principles right hand - anticipating needs, aligning resources, and executing seamless logistics in a high-stakes environment. Lindsay began her career at Goosehead Insurance where she spent over a decade supporting the CEO & Founder, oversaw all company events on an international scale and participated in the 2018 IPO team.
Lindsay enjoys a well-rounded and mindful lifestyle. She is passionate about practicing yoga, meditation, and finds joy in hiking and spending time with her dog.
